I love this pharmacy. It’s always convenient and quick!! Their prices are very competitive and let me tell you Customer Service without a doubt is way better than the larger pharmacies that treat you like a number…. Or an inconvenience at best. The folks here at rental Mill pharmacy are not only helpful, but they are kind and definitely willing to help and answer any questions you may have . I would highly recommend you change your prescriptions from the big guys to the folks here at Renolds Mill pharmacy that actually care If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I had the BEST service I have had at a pharmacy. The staff was quick, efficient and so very friendly. After leaving my medication at home in a different state, they were able to transfer, fill, and get my insurance to pay for an early fill so quick and before the 4th of July Holiday. I appreciate the extraordinary service!
Been coming here for 4 years and have never once had a problem with them, a truly top tier pharmacy. No reason to go anywhere else; a great selection of trinkets and stuff to browse while you are waiting for a prescription to get filled. Staff is kind, considerate, and always so helpful. Phone lines are quick and easy as well.
I have been using this pharmacy for about 5 years. I was tranferred from the Denton Prescription Shop because they stopped making the sublinguals that I need. In addition, I have worked with other compounding pharmacies throughout the DFW area as well as out-of-state, and Randall Mill is, by far, THE BEST. I specifically like working with Michelle. She is so patient, helpful and extremely knowledgable. She is amazing! I appreciate her so much.
I love this pharmacy because they are really on top of things. I have been going there for over 20 years on and off and it's always great. Huge, cute gift shop to look around in if you have to wait for a rx to get filled. Kind employees and awesome pharmacists! They always have whatever you need in stock and don't give you the runaround saying they have to order your Rx.
